Vegan chocolate and banana cake with chocolate frosting
360 g flour
150 g icing sugar
30 g rasped cooking chocolate
Vegan cooking chocolate for the topping
1 pack of vanilla sugar (8 g)
1 pack of baking powder (16 g)
A pinch of salt
3 bananas (rather rape)
230 ml Coco Aloha Drink to go Cocoa
130 ml vegetable oil
A splash of lemon juice
Mix all the dry ingredients (flour, icing sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, chocolate and salt) together in a bowl. Blend the bananas together with the oil, the Coco Aloha Drink to go Cocoa, and the splash of lemon juice in a blender. Then slowly stir the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients. Grease a gugelhupf cake tin with some oil and pour in the mixture.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 °C for 45–50 minutes.
